The mission of the organization is to provide qualified and professional sports officials to the military community within the Washington Metropolitan area. This will be achieved by:

1. Developing and maintaining a membership consisting of experienced and capable sports officials whose integrity is above reproach and who are actively engaged each year in officiating sports.

 

2. Fostering a high standard of fair play, sportsmanship and ethics. Building relationships among officials, athletic directors, coaches, and players within a military structured environment. 

 

3. Advocate opportunities for sports officials and engage in programs to recruit and retain officials. 

 

4. Create alliances with organizations and seek to build stronger military communities. 

 

5. Enhance the image of sports officials on all spectrums.
